Biosketch

Arantzazu San Agustín is a PhD student at Neurorehabilitation Group lead by Jose. L. Pons. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree of Psychology from Universidad de Salamanca in 2014 where she studied False Memories using Electroencephalography (EEG) and Event Related Potentials (ERPs). She then obtained her Master’s degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2016 when she accomplished her Master’s Thesis in Centro de Biología Molecular (CBM) about the astrocitary contribution to synaptic plasticity using diverse methods as plasmid cloning, virus infection of organotypic slide cultures, laboratory animals work, electrophysiology and immunofluorescence. Nowadays, her PhD Thesis is aimed at neurorehabilitation of memory and learning through the application of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
